Mosher Financial Group was founded in 1987 and is a business advisory firm specializing in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and business consulting. Customer relationships include small and medium size businesses and not-for-profits in the northeast US and larger public and private companies, including clients in Asia and Europe. David Mosher
David Mosher has been the owner and chief executive of MFG since 1987, primarily providing Financial Advisory and Intermediary services to small and mid size middle market, closely held companies. In addition to M & A services, he has provided Financial Advisory Services for Financings of all types of credit facilities offered by Banks and other major Finance Institutions. More than forty transactions and over $300,000,000 in credit facilities have been closed. Consulting in the areas of Strategic Planning, Finance and related areas normally associated with CFO positions. Dave also has particular consulting experience in the “Not-for-Profit” world and has assisted organizations in the areas of financial management, human resources, management recruiting and strategic planning.
Robert Everingham
Robert Everingham is the founder and CEO of Everingham & Kerr, Inc., our strategic partner in all M & A transactions. His experience spans over twenty-five years and has included all aspects of the merger and acquisition process. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and has been awarded the coveted a Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). Mr. Everingham's specialized knowledge of the M&A process has resulted in successful transactions within manufacturing, distribution, service and retail industries.
Joseph A. Vanore, Jr.
Joseph A. Vanore, Jr. joined Everingham & Kerr in 2001. He began his career on Wall Street with Salomon Smith Barney where he participated in IPOs, M&A and private placements for various Financial Institution, Internet, and Electronic Commerce clients. Prior to joining E&K, Mr. Vanore worked for a major regional investment bank / private equity group where he provided a broad range of services in several areas. He has Global experience working with both National and International clients. Mr. Vanore is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
Daniel R. Everingham
Daniel R. Everingham joined Everingham & Kerr in 2004. Mr. Everingham has been working with corporations, private equity groups and entrepreneurs on financial and strategic projects including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and consulting engagements. He actively participates in all aspects of the firm’s marketing and transaction activities and plays a crucial role in the success of sell-side and buy-side transactions at Everingham & Kerr. Mr. Everingham is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors of science in Communications.
