Our transactions cross many industry lines. We have our stamp on manufacturing, aviation, publishing, energy, finance, wholesaling & distribution and the fulfillment sectors to name a few. Dave Mosher has also been retained in many of these industries as a financial (CFO) consultant and has the knowledge and networks to help you find the right buyers or sellers that will close on your transactions.
We have access to other intermediaries, bankers, attorneys, accountants and databases reaching across North America and many International boundaries that are utilized if your transaction should be marketed outside of the northeast.
Specific services include:
Divestitures
We prepare a Confidential Business Review (CBR), conduct a thorough market search for prospective strategic and financial prospective buyers, negotiate for proposals and letters of intent and guide the final due diligence process through closing. This is a team effort, typically involving at least three of our professionals and your professional advisors as well. We respect the requirement for privacy and confidentiality in all transactions.
Divestiture and Exit Planning
It can sometimes take a year or more for your company to be positioned for sale. We can advise on the ways you might take steps to improve on Enterprise Value and also work in house to pave the way for a successful transaction when you are ready.
Acquisitions
We offer both formal searches or standby advisory programs. Perhaps you would like an acquisition credit facility to be negotiated in order to be prepared financially for an acquisition.
Business Valuations
We have the personnel and credentials to provide you with formal or informal valuations. These services may be provided prior to, or independent of an M & A assignment.
